Fortunately I haven't had to use it for an attempted theft or a theft, but from testing it and trying it out: finally a company whose product does what they advertise. So personally I can say it's an excellent product and I would definitely buy it again. In fact, since I bought it only a month ago, I'd like to ask the company whether they would take my national V3 as a trade-in: I'd buy the European one.

The Tracker contains a special SIM with a pool of included internet traffic. It automatically connects to the best operator available at that location.
Trackting SMART only uses data when it sends parking positions (standard use, not in alarm mode), using a negligible amount of data.
Up to 6 months on standby and around 3 months with normal use. When the battery is low you get a notification: charge it with a USB-C cable, the same as your phone's.
Yes. It doesn't connect to the electrical system, so it works on any vehicle: cars, motorbikes, scooters, microcars, motorhomes, vans.
The device and features are identical. Only the built-in SIM's coverage changes, i.e. the countries where you can track it. Choose the version that suits you when you buy: the coverage can't be changed later.
